Our doors are not only designed to look good, they are manufactured to the highest standards. Their construction ensures that the doors are extremely hard wearing, maintenance free and are built to provide long lasting security.

The internal and external faces are finished with an authentic grained design, simulating the appearance of timber. Doors are available in White, Red, Green, Blue, black, Golden Oak and Rosewood.

Timberlook doors are manufactured from 1.5mm vacuum-formed ABS sheets. The edges are edge-banded with 2mm P.V.C.u Rigidity and stability comes from the solid multi-laminate timber core. Timberlook doors are hard wearing, colour stable and require the minimum of maintenance. Also, because the doors are made from a solid construction,48mm solid core slab, not foam filled , there is no requirement for toe and heeling.

The inner and outer skins


• Are formed from outdoor graded vacuum formed ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) sheet with a minimum thickness of 1.5mm and are tested to ISO 1183/180/178/527/6603-1/306A and 75A - Acrylic capped.
• Have a softening point of at least 90 degrees.
• Are coloured throughout which will enable scratches to be easily removed or filled.

Hinges are 100mm Butt hinges or adjustable Flag hinges which have been designed and tested to meet the requirements for PAS 23 and 24, allowing a maximum plasterline clearance of 40mm. Additional hinge bolts are fitted between hinges,additional hinge bolts fitted to ‘open out’ doors for added security.

The outer frame is 70mm x 70mm P.V.C.u. Fully reinforced with box section steel, which allows for all screws and fittings to fix directly into these reinforcings. Colour of outer frame can be white(standard), golden oak or rosewood.

Sealing is by means of 2 weatherseal gaskets, which are continuous and unbroken around the outer frame and have been tested to PAS 23 and 24. The U Value for the slab is 1.92Wm2 K.

A choice of locking options is available. PAS 23 and 24 enhanced security requirements are met when door is fitted with our multi-lock.

All doors are factory glazed with 28mm units. Toughened or laminated units are fitted with the option of any glass pattern or glass design. Our glazing system offers security and ease of reglazing if glass is ever broken.
